Incredible: Young Player Has Only One Arm, but Huge Power

Baseball Is Fun

Back in 2014, 3-year-old Tommy Morrissey became something of an overnight celebrity when his talent for golf … despite being born with just one arm … was put on display by local (and eventually national) news stations. But as it turns out, golf was just the beginning.

Now five years older and in the prime of his Little League career, Tommy has picked up baseball and is once again turning heads. In fact, his story and talent is so prodigious, the Cardinals invited him to Spring Training, where Chris Carpenter helped him improve with a little batting practice:

Yo. He can hit it.

And clearly that session paid off. Because just five days after posting that video, Tommy shared abother clip – this time from one of his actual Little League games -and well, what do YOU think happened?

That is a bona-fide inside-the-park home run for the “OneArmGolfer,” turned baseballer Tommy Morrissey. Clearly, this kid works hard and loves sports, so we love him right back (even if he is a Cardinals fan).

I can’t wait to see what else he’s got in store for us.
