For a really long time, ballpark food was pretty simple – classic, maybe, but simple.
At almost every ballpark, you could get yourself a hotdog wrapped in foil with a mustard packet, maybe some nachos, or a pretzel, and something cold to wash it all down. But eventually, teams got wise. Why limit yourself to only the classics, when people – especially in this country – love loving food. And, hey, if you can give fans a little taste of the local cuisine in the process, it’s all the better, right?
Over the years, then, we’ve seen ballpark menus grow to extreme lengths – even at the most classic stadiums, like Wrigley Field. And today, I have some new offerings to share with you, via Yahoo Sports MLB.
