I honestly can’t even believe this video. It’s truly remarkable. I mean, we’ve seen some baaaaad calls here at Baseball Is Fun, but this is just … it’s next level. I’m not even worried about over-hyping it, because I am 100% confident this is the WORST call you have ever seen on a baseball field.
No more words, just watch:
Alright, everyone! We did it!
We've officially found the WORST non-strike call in the history of baseball being played (not to mention the appeal 🤣😂)pic.twitter.com/5gkiSHrKSj

Okay, so first of all, that pitch SHOULD have been a called strike, even IF the batter didn’t swing all the way through … so that’s oopsie #1. But the thing is, he DID swing. Clearly. And fully. The home plate umpire must’ve missed it, though, so that’s oopsie #2. But have no fear … home plate umpires make mistakes, right?
After all, that’s the point of the appeal…and he missed it, too. Oopsie #3.
Somehow, that right-down-the-middle pitch that was swung on and missed, was called a ball. I have never seen anything like it in my life.
