Was Santa Doing the Soto Shuffle?

Baseball Is Fun

Ah. A simple, good story. Just what the doctor ordered this time of year, eh?

Nationals star and World Series Champion Juan Soto surprised a group of young Nats fans earlier this year, dressing up as Santa … before absolutely raking in the batting cages, much to their surprise. Eventually the kids figure out who he actually is – well, Soto tells them (he clearly couldn’t wait) – but the fun is in the journey.

The caption reads: “Soto Santa made his rounds early this year at @dicksportingoods to surprise some awesome young baseball and softball players 🎅🏽⚾. Had a great time unwrapping the #magicofsport and checking a few gifts off their wish lists. But first we took some cuts and the kids offered some nice additions to the #sotoshuffle. Feliz Navidad and Happy Holidays! #Sotosanta #ad
