Earlier this week, I was singing Tim Tebow’s praise not only for making it so long as a professional baseball player after his career in the NFL, but for also finally recording his first extra-base hit (a homer, no less!) in four straight big league spring trainings. What he’s done remains impressive.
… But for as talented of an overall athlete as he may be, he’s still human, and humans make mistakes. Hilarious, embarrassing, mistakes, trip over your own feet mistakes.
I’m sorry, I can’t help but laugh:

I got it! I got it … I don’t got it.
This could be Tebow’s last year to get a shot in the big leagues – he reached Triple-A for the first time last year – but he’ll have to sharpen up at the plate – and, apparently in the field – if he wants to be more than a footnote.
