I Hate How Good This Nolan Arenado Play Is
As a Cubs fan, I’m pretty much sworn to hate all-things Nolan Arenado. At first, because of the fan-driven rivalry between Arenado and (then-Cub) Kris Bryant — basically, we were trying to determin who is emerging as the NL’s top 3B? Man, we were so sure Bryant was going to have the better overall career. But now, it’s simply because Arenado is a Cardinal.
And I’m sworn to hate all-things Cardinals. (For a list of all things I’m sworn to hate, send a DM).
But hate him or love him, this is one heck of a play. Stick around for the replays, because it’s actually pretty difficult to see what happened on first-watch/at full speed.

The anticipation, the timing, the execution … it’s all perfection.
He picked that bunt up down the first base line, and did a Derek Jeter jump-throw back to THIRD to get the lead runner. That’s just un-quantifiably good baseball right there. And I hate it.
