It shouldn’t surprise anyone at this point to learn that the Chicago Bears are seeking a trade partner for long-time starting quarterback Jay Cutler. Given his contract – which has almost no guaranteed money left, and has him set to count $16 million against the cap in 2017 – what would be a surprise is if Bears GM Ryan Pace is able to get a late-round draft pick in exchange for Cutler before having to simply cut the cord.
