Bears CB Deiondre’ Hall Reportedly Arrested (UPDATE)

Chicago Bears

We don’t have much in the way of concrete details and fallout at this point, but here’s the news, as passed along by Brad Biggs:

According to the KWWL report, “Hall was cited for disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and interference.” There are other, unconfirmed details in the report that, you know, I can’t stop you from reading, but I don’t think I’ll be explicitly passing on just yet. We’ll see what’s what when the facts shake loose on this one.

Hall, 22, was the Bears’ fourth round pick out of Northern Iowa last year, and saw action in eight games last season. With the additions of Marcus Cooper and Prince Amukamara in free agency, plus the possibility of another body or two from the draft, Hall figured to remain cornerback depth for the Bears heading into 2017. There is talent there, though. How his status will be impacted by this reported arrest remains to be seen.

UPDATE from Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune, with a confirmation from Cedar Falls officials:

UPDATE #2 from Biggs at 7:46 CT includes a booking photo from Black Hawk County Jail.
