Mike Glennon had an up-and-down first half in which he completed seven of his first eight passes, but an interception by Tyrann Mathieu started him in a downward spiral.
But all is well that ends well, right?
Glennon led the Chicago Bears on a touchdown drive in the two-minute drill, capping the series with his first touchdown – a quick strike to Kendall Wright:

The first half was better for Glennon this time around compared to how he played against the Denver Broncos in the first preseason game of the season. Glennon finished the first half completing 13 of 18 passes for 89 yards with one touchdown, one interception, and a 78.2 passer rating.
Glennon worked the entire first half, completing passes to seven different pass catchers, including three receivers and two tight ends. However, the running game flashed more than the passing attack did. The Bears ran the ball 16 times for 76 yards. Rookie Tarik Cohen stole the show, gaining 77 yards on 11 carries while stepping in for an injured Jordan Howard.
