The Chicago Bears got off to another slow start, yielding 21 unanswered points to the Green Bay Packers … but at least Mike Glennon ended the first half on a high note:

Glennon connected with Kendall Wright on a fade route with eight seconds left in the half to put the Bears on the scoreboard. The quick pitch-and-catch capped a drive in which Glennon played his best, completing 6 of 7 passes for 72 yards. During the two-minute drill, Glennon posted a 149.1 passer rating, which boosted his overall first half numbers to 11 of 16, 125 yards, and an 86.7 rating.
Things couldn’t have gotten much worse for Glennon, who was 5 of 9 for 53 yards with an interception to go with an unsightly 33.3 rating.
After not finding much of a connection with his receivers in Week 3, Glennon has completed passes to Wright, Deonte Thompson, and Josh Bellamy. Still, the Bears have a tall hill to climb to get back into this game. At least they’ll have the ball coming out of the locker room when halftime ends.
