Watch Kyle Fuller’s First Interception Since 2015 Set Up Dontrelle Inman’s First TD With Bears

With the San Francisco 49ers facing a 3rd-and-long situation, quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo dropped back and threw it over the middle and looked to have a third-down conversion. Fuller had other ideas, snatching the ball out of Louis Murphy’s hands to secure his first interception since December 13, 2015.
And in a surprising twist, quarterback Mitch Trubisky made Garoppolo pay for his turnover.
Trubisky went 4-for-4 for 37 yards on the ensuing drive, which finished with Dontrelle Inman’s first touchdown since joining the Bears:

The score was Inman’s first since Week 14 of the 2016 season.
So far, so good for both quarterbacks in a game where nothing matters more than the development of each team’s starting signal caller. Both have led scoring drives in what might be an under-the-radar shootout if these offenses can continue to keep the opposing defenses on their heels.
