The first assistant head coach hired by the Matt Nagy administration was Harry Hiestand, a long-time offensive line expert who has helped develop a handful of high-end college talents and turn them into high-round draft picks. So how about someone coaching up some of the players running behind the line?
It appears the Chicago Bears are zeroing in on hiring Houston Texans Running Backs Coach Charles London to take over in the same capacity, according to Alex Marvez:
Not sure if out there but source tells @SportingNews that @ChicagoBears will be hiring Charles London as new RBs coach. He had held same position with @HoustonTexans

The Bears have been in the market for a new RBs Coach since Curtis Modkins left to take the same position with the Denver Broncos.
Earlier in January, Alex Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reported that London left the Texans on his own without being dismissed in hopes of landing a job as a quarterbacks coach.
The Texans have ranked in the top-10 in rushing yards in two of the four seasons in which London was coaching running backs. In the two seasons in which Houston didn’t check into the top-10 I’m rushing yards, the team still finished in the top half in the league in that category.
London has been with Texans Head Coach Bill O’Brien since he was coaching running backs at Penn State in 2012. If London signs on to be Matt Nagy’s RBs Coach, it will be a return for London, whose NFL coaching career began with the Bears in 2007. London spent two seasons as an Offensive Quality Control Coach under Lovie Smith.
London would step into a great situation, with one of the best running back tandems in the game in Jordan Howard and Tarik Cohen. Though he’d be tasked with aiding a group that was only 16th best in rushing yards per game in 2017.
