A cut on Mitch Trubisky’s throwing arm led the Chicago Bears quarterback to wear a protective sleeve in Week 4 to make sure the issue wouldn’t open up again. From there, it was Trubisky who cut up the Buccaneers secondary to the tune of 354 yards and six touchdowns.
So, you’re wearing the sleeve again … right?

CONFIRMED: Trubisky’s sleeve game will be strong in Week 6.
“I’m going to keep it on,” Trubisky told reporters on Wednesday at Halas Hall. “We’ll see what the color is, but it feels comfortable, gives you a little more swag or whatever. Just go out there and do your thing with the arm sleeve.”
Call it superstition or swag, QB1 has it going into Sunday’s game against the Miami Dolphins. Maybe it’s the sleeve. Or perhaps it was the six-touchdown performance that earned him praise and accolades in the days that followed. Either way, it feels good to be a Bears fan right now and it’s going to continue to do so as long as Trubisky performs at a high level.
