What a difference a year makes.
At this time last year, we were writing about Jarvis Landry as a possible free agent target, Pat Shurmur and Pete Carmichael as head-coaching candidates, salary cap flexibility, and John Fox’s pet monkey. What a ride that was!
Fast forward to 2018 and the Chicago Bears are NFC North champions. GM Ryan Pace inked an extension, hired Matt Nagy, tossed out a bunch of money at prime free agent targets, drafted exceptionally well, and watch the fruits of his labor grow into a playoff contender.
The next step in what has been a wonderful season could be next 60 minutes that could secure the Bears’ 12th win of the season and knock the Minnesota Vikings out of the playoffs.
Are you ready for it? Let’s roll.
