For the first time in his eight-decade career, Tom Brady is taking his talents elsewhere. And it’s not a Super Bowl commercial fake out this time.
This is what goodbye looks like:

Brady arrived on the scene in 2000 as the 199th pick in the NFL Draft. The sixth-round selection sat behind Drew Bledsoe until an injury paved the way for him to start in 2001. And the rest, as they say, is history.
This is what the greatest career for a quarterback looks like:
Tom Brady in 20 seasons with the Patriots:
▪️6X Super Bowl winner
▪️4X Super Bowl MVP
▪️9 Super Bowl appearances
▪️17 AFC East titles
▪️14X Pro Bowl
▪️5X All Pro
▪️3X NFL MVP
▪️2nd all-time in passing yards and passing TD
▪️Won 77% of games he startedGreatest to ever do it.

And it’s not over.
The Bucs and Chargers are in the running for his services, per reports. How the Brady sweepstakes impacts the Bears pursuit of quarterback help will be known shortly after he signs with a team, though we have started our speculation. You should probably hope for the Bucs, though.
Where Brady is going has yet to be determined, but it won’t be New England. That much is for certain.
