It’s Friday afternoon, and that means it’s time for the week’s final injury report and game designations. Linebacker Cassius Marsh is the only player on the hefty injury report that has been designated as out for this Sunday’s game with Green Bay.

Still affected by the hand injury suffered while making a tackle on an interception in last week’s loss to Arizona, Andy Dalton is listed as doubtful, which means that we likely see Nick Foles active again this week, this time backing up Justin Fields. Wide receiver Marquise Goodwin is also listed as doubtful with a foot injury.
Mario Edwards Jr. (ribs) and Akiem Hicks (ankle) are both questionable with their respective injuries. Still, all in all, this is probably a best-case scenario report for what the Bears have to work with heading into Week 14.
After being a limited participant much of the week, Allen Robinson II was a full participant in today’s practice and will likely make his return this week against the Packers, giving Justin Fields and the offense a nice boost. A-Rob has been sidelined with a hamstring injury since the loss to the Steelers before the bye, a game where he and Justin Fields looked like they were developing some chemistry. Fields targeted Robinson II six times, and the veteran wideout snagged four catches for 68 yards.
David Montgomery was a full participant after being limited this week with multiple listed ailments. Montgomery seemed a bit short with reporters during his post-practice media availability this afternoon. At one point, Montgomery was asked how he felt about how Green Bay has been able to stop the run lately, and Montgomery replied, “they’re good.” Montgomery might have used 15 words combined in all of his answers this afternoon but joked as he was leaving the podium that reporters were going to have to have better questions for him next time, or he would be asking them the questions.
If Montgomery wasn’t happy with the questions today, wait until he hears the questions after Sunday night’s game with the Packers is over if it goes the way we all think it will.
