The headline kinda says it all, but it’s true. Not but HOURS before Tom Brady decided to announce he was coming back to the NFL, someone bought his “final” touchdown pass – the one to Mike Evans in the Bucs’ NFC divisional loss to the Rams – at auction for $518,628.
I mean, the sale was last night, and just being freshly reported mid-day TODAY:

I suppose it’s technically possible Tom Brady doesn’t throw another touchdown pass in his return to the Buccaneers. I can think of one dude who will be rooting for that. Otherwise, here’s hoping he has another half million laying around next year (or whenever) so that he can eventually complete the set.
