One thing I’ve been liking about Justin Fields as a second-year player is that he’s shown plenty of resiliency for a young player. Not only is that something you like seeing from your team’s best player, you love it when it’s your quarterback.
So, yeah, it sucked watching Fields throw a pick-six. But you already know how I feel about how it’s more about how someone bounces back than when they fall. And we love seeing this bounce back from JF1:
Just one possession after Fields threw a pick-six to former Ohio State teammate Jeff Okudah, he was leaving the former Buckeye in his dust.
That’s two straight weeks in which Fields has accounted for four Bears touchdowns. But after Cairo Santos missed an extra point, I’m gonna need more from that Bears offense.
