Another week, another major award for Justin Fields.

Justin Fields is the FedEx Ground Player of the Week!
You can see how the voting shook out here:
Fields ran for 147 yards on 13 carries and scored another pair of rushing scores in Sunday’s loss to the Lions. ANd while Saquon Barkley and Jonathan Taylor provided stiff competition, it was no match for Fields’ efforts this past weekend.
Chicago’s QB1 has been on a roll while on the run of late. In his last five games, Fields has 62 carries, 555 yards, and 5 touchdowns. Extrapolate those numbers over a full 17-game season, and we’d be looking at a 211-carry, 1,887-yard, 17-touchdown season. That would pretty much obliterate any quarterback rushing records in the book. Fields is truly 1 of 1. And not just because he wears No. 1!
At the end of the day, we’re watching the growth of a Bears quarterback capable of winning noteworthy NFL awards in back-to-back weeks. This is fun. And refreshing, too. We’re living in unprecedented times, my friends. Ride that wave!
