The Bears did me a solid and dropped their Friday injury report earlier than I expected today, so let’s dive right into it.
Chase Claypool (knee) was a limited participant in practice again today and officially received a questionable designation for Sunday’s contest with the Lions, which leads me to believe that he will return to the lineup this week. What his involvement might look like on Sunday is up in the air, but I imagine he plays this week.
The same goes for Equanimeous St. Brown (concussion), who was a full participant in practice today after being limited on Thursday, and Dante Pettis (ankle), who was limited today after being a non-participant on Thursday. Expect to see ESB and maybe even Pettis in the mix this weekend against the Lions.
On the offensive line, Teven Jenkins and Cody Whitehair continued to be full participants, so you can lock them into the left and right guard spots on Sunday.
Sterling Weatherford (illness) and Ja’Tyre Carter (back) were ruled out for Sunday’s game, and you can check out the rest of the report here:
