On Wednesday, the Tennessee Titans published their first injury report of the season before their 2024 season opener against the Chicago Bears on Sunday.
Tennessee Titans Injury Report: Will DeAndre Hopkins Be Ready for Sunday?
Here’s the practice participation report from Wednesday:
DNP: S Jamal Adams (hip)
Limited: WR DeAndre Hopkins (knee), LB Otis Reese (concussion)
Veteran wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins is uncertain to start the year due to a knee injury sustained during training camp, which kept him from practicing in August. Although he participated in Wednesday’s practice, he was limited due to the knee injury.
Safety Jamal Adams was observed working with athletic trainers and coaches on a separate field during practice but did not warm up with his teammates during the media viewing portion.
Cornerback Chidobe Awuzie, who missed most of training camp with a calf injury, did not appear on the injury report, indicating his readiness for the Titans debut. Additionally, cornerback L’Jarius Sneed, who was on a health management program for most of training camp, is not listed on the practice report.
Overall, Tennessee’s injury report is pretty clean, and I expect Hopkins and their top two cornerbacks, L’Jarius Sneed and Chidobe Awuzie, to play against the Bears on Sunday.
