Is today the day that we’ve been waiting for? Will Caleb Williams and the Chicago Bears offense finally look like the unit we hope they can be?
I’m not looking for Caleb Williams to throw for 400 yards and four scores—although I definitely wouldn’t be opposed—I’m just looking for Chicago’s offense to begin to create some identity. Going up against a Colts team that has struggled on defense this season seems like an excellent place to start.
Indianapolis’ defense has been gutted by opposing ground games, making today a great day for D’Andre Swift to get going out of the backfield. If he can, we could see Williams have some opportunities to fix his early-season deep ball issues against the less-than-intimidating Colts’ secondary.
