I guess when you pick up a $25.5 million signing bonus on your rookie contract, these are the types of things you can afford.
Rumors have circulated that Caleb Williams has made one of his first big purchases as the Chicago Bears quarterback – a $13 million mansion in Lake Forest along the shores of Lake Michigan (note: The listing still says it’s available, though, so perhaps this one winds up as a rumor only).
But it’s not like he couldn’t afford it.
In addition to the $25.5 million signing bonus snagged when he agreed to his rookie deal with the Bears, Caleb Williams has also made approximately $10 million in NIL money at USC. So the $13 million for this house would make only a dent into what he’s earned over the last three years.
Thanks to @Chicago_Jay1 on X and mambaboy824 on TikTok, we got a nice look into what may be Caleb’s new digs (again, it remains unclear if he’s actually made this purchase, but we’ll update the post as soon as we learn more). Let’s take a look.

I mean, as a $13 million house should, the place looks absolutely amazing. I can never get enough of that view from the pool overlooking Lake Michigan.
UPDATE: A previous version of this post reported the story as though the house was DEFINITELY purchased by Caleb Williams. It has since been updated to acknowledge that it’s not yet confirmed.
