The Jacksonville Jaguars got some good news today on their injury report, as Evan Engram was listed as limited after missing multiple games.
Tight end Evan Engram is likely to return for the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 6 against the Chicago Bears after missing four games with a hamstring injury. While Brenton Strange has filled in admirably, Engramโs return would be a significant boost.
Though listed as questionable, Head Coach Doug Pederson is optimistic about his participation, especially with the game being played in London. Meanwhile, cornerback Tyson Campbell, recovering from a hamstring injury, has been ruled out, but his 21-day return window has been activated. Pederson hopes Campbell will be ready by Week 7.
Engram, a Pro Bowl tight end, might be back for their Week 6 game against the Bears. Second-year tight end Brenton Strange has been filling in for Engram, but having the experienced player back would lift the offense and improve the team’s chances of securing their second win of the season.
Engram has been absent for the last four games as he recovers from a hamstring injury sustained during warmups just before their Week 2 game against the Cleveland Browns. Strange has made 12 receptions for 120 yards during his absence, with two touchdowns.
As for the Chicago Bears, who are already in London preparing to take on the Jaguars, their first injury report of the week included three players (including safety Jaquan Brisker) who have been ruled out for Sunday.
