After being placed in concussion protocol on February 23rd, Dylan Strome has missed the past six games for Chicago. And on Saturday night, the Blackhawks placed Strome on inured reverse, retroactive to February 19.
Dylan Strome placed on IR retroactive to Feb. 19. It’s really just an administrative move because he’s already eligible to return anytime.
Carlsson and Kalynuk recalled from Rockford. Not Beaudin, interestingly.

In a corresponding move, defensemen Lucas Carlsson and Wyatt Kalynuk have been recalled from the Rockford IceHogs. With Calvin de Haan leaving Friday night’s game with an injury and his status for Sunday afternoon unknown, Carlsson or Kalynuk figure to fill a lineup spot in his place.

The move is more of a paper transaction than any cause for concern regarding the 23-year-old center. Strome is eligible to return to the Blackhawks at any point now once he is cleared to return, the placement on IR opens up a roster spot until then.
Strome had recently been skating on his own before Blackhawks practice, and has eight points in 19 games with Chicago this season.
