Benny the Bull and Tommy Hawk Watched “Parent Trap” and Got a Crazy Idea for Tomorrow Night

Chicago Blackhawks

Although my childhood was roundly centered around The Sandlot, The Goonies, Rookie of the Year, and the Mighty Ducks, I always had a soft spot for “The Parent Trap.” The one with the Lohan twins. There are a LOT of great body/people/mind switching movies out there (Freaky Friday, 13 Going on 30, Face-Off, 17-Again, Freaky, Big, even the two new Jumanji movies), but “The Parent Trap” was certainly my first introduction to the genre.

Benny The Bull and Tommy Hawk are not quite doing “The Parent Trap” at the United Center for tomorrow’s game against the Panthers, but it is the movie that gave them the inspiration (and there are plenty of references sprinkled throughout this great mascot-swap video).

Just a little fun for hump day.

So I guess that makes them Benny the Hawk and Tommy Bull now. Fun stuff is fun.
