It’s been a long journey for the Hockey Hall of Fame Class of 2020. After being announced in June of 2020, the class has yet to celebrate its enshrinement due to COVID restrictions. Now, the class of 2020, which includes former Blackhawks Marian Hossa and Doug Wilson, along with Jarome Iginla, Kevin Lowe, Kim St-Pierre, and Ken Holland, will be formally inducted on November 15th of this year.
To celebrate, the Chicago Blackhawks announced on Monday that Marian Hossa’s induction will be honored on November 9th at the United Center when the Blackhawks take on the Penguins.

Hossa’s Hall of Fame celebration adds to the list of former Blackhawks being honored by the club this season as Andrew Shaw (January 13), Brent Seabrook (January 31), and Niklas Hjalmarsson (March 3) will also have celebratory nights.
Hossa spent the most time of his NHL career with the Blackhawks, playing 534 of his 1,309 NHL games with Chicago and winning three Stanley Cups with the club in 2010, 2013, and 2015. Hossa has largely been out of the spotlight since he announced he would no longer play hockey in May of 2018, with his official retirement coming this summer when his contract expired. It will be awesome to see Hossa back at the United Center, having his legendary career honored by the Blackhawks.
