Blackhawks Roster Moves: Khaira and Borgström Acitvated, Regula and Slavin Assigned to Taxi Squad

Chicago Blackhawks

Following practice on Thursday afternoon, the Chicago Blackhawks made a number of roster moves.

Jujhar Khaira and Henrik Borgström have been activated off injured reserve, while Alec Regula and Josiah Slavin were added to the Taxi Squad.

Khaira has been out of the lineup since suffering a concussion against the New York Rangers on December 7. He has been skating with the Blackhawks for over a week and has two goals this season in 18 games this season.

Borgström has been out with a non-COVID illness since December 9. He has also been skating with the team over the last week, playing on the top line between Alex DeBrincat and Patrick Kane in practice. Borgström has two goals and an assist in 17 games this season for Chicago.

Regula and Slavin join Arvid Söderblom and Brett Connolly on the Blackhawks’ Taxi Squad.
