With Dach and Connolly leaving COVID protocols, the Blackhawks now have no one left on their COVID protocol list for the first time in a long time. Good news for Chicago as they head into a back-to-back set of games against the Minnesota Wild, and good news today for Dach, celebrating his 21st birthday!
The now 21-year-old has skated in 36 games this season for the Blackhawks, tallying six goals and 14 points while averaging a career-high 19:34 minutes per game this season.
Connolly has skated in just four games this season for Chicago and has not recorded a point. He is averaging 8:25 minutes per game in the NHL this season. He has skated in 16 AHL games this season with the Rockford IceHogs, recording five goals and 11 points.
Hardman rejoins the Blackhawks, having played in 20 games this season for Chicago. He has two assists in those 20 appearances, averaging 9:19 minutes per game. He has three goals and six points in 7 AHL games this season for the IceHogs.
Both Chicago and Rockford are back in action tonight, with the Blackhawks taking on the Wild at the United Center and the IceHogs hosting the Texas Stars.
