There it is, No. 1,154!
Patrick Kane’s assist on Jonathan Toews’ first goal of the night moves him into sole possession of the second spot on the Chicago Blackhawks all-time points leaderboard, trailing only the legendary Stan Mikita for the top spot!
Here’s the record setting moment:

On Thursday night in Boston, Kane moved into a tie with Bobby Hull for the second spot on the Blackhawks’ all-time points leaderboard with 1,153 points. And earlier this season, Kane passed Denis Savard to move into the second spot on the franchise’s assists leaderboard with 730.
Now, Kane trails only Stan Mikita in both the assists and points departments. And at just 33-years-old with plenty left in the tank, Kane could be flirting with dethroning Mikita in a few years.
