The goal was his 41st of the season, tying his career-best goals total (2018-19). The goal also gave DeBrincat 77 points on the season, a new career-high.

Patrick Kane’s assist on the DeBrincat goal gave him helper No. 66 on the season, tying his career-high in assists (2018-19), and gave him his 750th career assist. Kane now has 91 points on the season.
Kane and DeBrincat’s big seasons have been bright spots in an otherwise forgettable year for the Blackhawks. Since January 21, Patrick Kane, Alex DeBrincat, and their usual linemate Dylan Strome have accounted for 46 percent of the Blackhawks’ goals with a combined 52. Patrick Kane and Alex DeBrincat each have 17 goals during that span.
Patrick Kane’s 56 points since January 21 is the 11th best in the NHL, and Alex DeBrincat’s 44 points rank 32nd.
