Alex DeBrincat’s a Dad!
On Wednesday, Blackhawks forward Alex DeBrincat introduced the world to Archie David DeBrincat — his son.

A little fun perspective for the kids out there. This season, Noah Dobson (born Jan. 7, 2000) played with Zdeno Chara (born March 18, 1977) with the New York Islanders. Chara is just short of 23 years older than Dobson. Players 23 years older than DeBrincat’s son would have been born in 1999 — and drafted in 2017.
So Chara skating with Dobson would be like Arch DeBrincat skating with… Cale Makar or, for Blackhawks fans, Ian Mitchell some day down the road.
