What Have the Other Central Division Teams Added — and Lost?

The Blackhawks made minor waves on Wednesday as free agency opened; they stole the headlines before and during the draft last week. We’ve gone over all of their moves with some detail thus far in the offseason as Chicago looks to “take a step back before they can take a step forward.”

But what did the rest of the Central Division do in the market?

It’s been a very busy time in the Blackhawks’ division since the beginning of the offseason, with some bold signings, big trades and interesting roster departures from the Hawks’ rivals.

Let’s catch up with all of the player movement via trades and free agency around the division thus far this offseason. We’ll start with the Stanley Cup champion Colorado Avalanche.
