Blackhawks GM: No Decision From Patrick Kane Yet

Chicago Blackhawks

We’re now (counts on fingers) nine days from the NHL’s trade deadline. At some point, the dam is going to break and all hell is going to break loose for the Blackhawks… right?

Chicago general manager Kyle Davidson appeared on NBC Sports Chicago before Tuesday night’s game against the Golden Knights and, of course, Patrick Kane came up. But, at least as far as Davidson is willing to say in front of cameras, no decision has been made yet by the future Hall of Famer.

So, to recap here: he’s in constant contact with Kane and his agent, Pat Brisson, but they haven’t exchanged a list of teams yet and Kane hasn’t given him a green (or red) light.

Now back to your casual pre-game festivities before the Blackhawks and Vegas hit the ice at the United Center…
