Pre-Gamin’: Blackhawks at Lightning (6:00 PM CT) – Lineups, Broadcast Info, Game Thread
After blowing a two-goal lead (again) in Florida and then falling to the Panthers in overtime, the Blackhawks had to cross the state to face the Lightning tonight with a couple new bodies joining them when they got there. Anton Khudobin is slated to make his Blackhawks debut with Alex Stalock still under the weather. And Luke Philp got the call-up with Anders Bjork getting hurt during the first period on Friday night as well.

Injury Report
Chicago Blackhawks
Jonathan Toews and Reese Johnson are on IR. Andreas Englund (hammy) and Colin Blackwell are out (groin). Connor Murphy is out again (personal). And, now, it appears Alex Stalock (sick) and Anders Bjork (lower-body) will miss tonight’s game as well.
Tampa Bay Lightning
LOL… Brent Seabrook is on LTIR.
What to Watch For
- Can the Blackhawks stay healthy enough to finish another game? They were finally getting their roster back to close to full after the trade deadline and now the list of injured players is getting long again.
- Tampa’s been dealing with some… very non-Tampa like stuff lately. They’re 3-4-3 in their last 10 games and had their entire top line benched for an entire third period recently. And then Carolina allowed four goals in 40 minutes the following night. They’re now four points back of Toronto for second in the Atlantic and the Leafs have one game in-hand. We’ll see if they show up and take advantage of a banged-up Blackhawks team tonight.
