Chicago Blackhawks

The Blackhawks have a number of prospects still playing in their respective college tournaments this week. Thus far, Princeton (ECAC — Liam Gorman), Notre Dame (Big Ten — Landon Slaggert and Ryder Rolston), Ohio State (Big Ten — Jake Wise) and Minnesota-Duluth (NCHC — Wyatt Kaiser and Dominic James) have been eliminated.

Blackhawks college prospects were among those who had a big offensive night on Saturday.

The NCAA Division I Men’s Ice Hockey Championship bracket will be announced on Sunday, March 19.

Hockey East — Championship Weekend

The Blackhawks have five prospects playing in the semifinal of Hockey East’s tournament this weekend, and four of them will play in one game on Friday afternoon. Slava Demin and Merrimack will face UMass-Lowell in the nightcap. These games will be played at TD Garden in Boston.

NCHC — Frozen Faceoff

The Blackhawks have two prospects remaining on two teams in the NCHC semifinals, which will be played on Friday. The championship game is at 7:30 PM CT on Saturday night on CBS Sports Network.

Big Ten Championship — Michigan vs Minnesota

Frank Nazar (and Adam Fantilli) will take the ice against the top-seeded Golden Gophers on Saturday night. The puck drops at 7 PM CT on the Big Ten Network.
