This is the final weekend of NCAA hockey before Christmas; the next college games on the national calendar aren’t until Dec. 28. And the Blackhawks can now boast about having two prospects on the No. 1 team in the nation.
Oliver Moore, Sam Rinzel and Minnesota ascended to the top of the polls this week after shutting out Michigan twice this past weekend — something the Gophers hadn’t done since World War II.
Usually we drop this on Thursday mornings, but the first game of the week is tonight with Ryan Greene and Boston University visiting UMass. Here are the games this week and the updated stats for the Blackhawks’ prospects in the NCAA ranks. Lots of really good looking numbers, folks.
