What to Watch For

•   You know who is annoyingly good? Zion Williamson. The second-year forward and first-time All-Star has been destroying opposing teams in the paint this season, shooting a 62.0 effective field-goal percentage. He has averaged 29.5 points per game over the Pelicans’ last 10 contests and has limited his mistakes with only 2.9 turnovers and 1.7 personal fouls. Patrick Williams will have his hands full trying to slow down the beast tonight, and Wendell Carter Jr. will also have to guard the rim like his life depends on it.

•   Lonzo Ball has been a heavily talked about trade target for teams around the league, and now the interest has likely only grown with his improved play as of late. As I’m sure you all know, the Bulls have found themselves in the Ball conversation, so tonight will be another opportunity for fans to scout what he has to offer.

•   The Bulls dropped a franchise-record 25 3-pointers on the Pelicans when they first met on February 10th. Can they do it again? Probably not. But the Pelicans defense still struggles to guard the perimeter, so I wouldn’t be surprised if the Bulls see some success from downtown yet again tonight.

•   No Luke Kornet tonight, so it should be the return of the Gaff.

•   Talked way more about this matchup in bullets this morning …
