Zach LaVine doesn’t need to score 39 points in the first half against the Atlanta Hawks or pull off a mesmerizing double-clutch dunk on ESPN to put a smile on the face of NBA fans. He just has to go shoe shopping.
The All-Star hit up Swish Studios in Los Angeles at the end of last month, and he gave a couple of young fans a pretty awesome gift.

According to TMZ, four young fans immediately recognized LaVine when he walked through the Swish Studios doors. After they all asked for autographs, LaVine bought each of them a pair of the new Jordan 4 UNCs. TMZ said that he left that day with a $3,000 tab, also picking himself up a pair of Yeezys. Yeah, I think it’s safe to say LaVine earned himself four new diehard fans for life.
As for why LaVine is in Los Angeles, it is probably where the Washington native has been training ahead of his trip to Tokyo. We’ve already caught some looks at him hard at work with trainer Jordan Lawley, and I’m sure we will see plenty more when he tips off Team USA training camp in Las Vegas on July 6th.
