Only three players remain on the Chicago Bulls from before last season’s trade deadline: Zach LaVine, Coby White, and Patrick Williams. In other words, when the 2021-22 season tips off, we are going to be watching a very different Bulls squad on the court.
And a very different team means very different obstacles, which might be why this new-look Bulls roster appears to be already hard at work.
According to the Chicago Bulls Twitter, Zach LaVine, DeMar DeRozan, Nikola Vucevic, and Alex Caruso are all at the Advocate Center for that offseason grind. We also know thanks to previous Bulls posts that Patrick Williams, Coby White, Troy Brown Jr., Derrick Jones Jr, and Javonte Green are also in town.

While training camp might be on the horizon, it’s still three weeks away. Those are three weeks the Bulls key players could sit by the pool, work out at home, or hit open gyms with other high-profile talents. Instead, however, it seems like this re-envisioned roster is eager to start putting the pieces together.
At the end of the day, these voluntary workouts only mean so much, but it still nice to see a bulk of these players together in Chicago for the first time. And, hey, it never hurts to build a little extra chemistry before a highly-anticipated season, especially between three All-Star level talents like LaVine, DeRozan, and Vucevic.
Now, someone call Lonzo!
