NBA Playoffs Pre-Gamin’: Hawks at Heat (6:30 CT), T-Wolves at Grizzlies (7:30 CT), Pelicans at Suns (9:00 CT)
We’ve got a trio of Game 2′ on the slate tonight with some heavy favorites looking to take a commanding lead and an underdog looking for another upset in Memphis.
Atlanta Hawks at Miami Heat
Eastern Conference Quarter-Finals: Game 2
Trae Young can’t be as bad as he was in Game 1, right? Young shot 1-of-12 from the floor and 0-for-7 from range as the Atlanta star finished with just eight points. Duncan Robinson was lights out (27 points, 9-of-10 from the floor, 8-of-9 from three) as Miami rolled over Atlanta 115-91 in Game 1. I would imagine that young being better in Game 2 will help Atlanta make a game of it, but Jimmy Butler and the Heat will probably still be able to take a 2-0 lead into Atlanta.
Jimmy Butler always brings the defense and hustle! 😤

Minnesota Timberwolves at Memphis Grizzlies
Western Conference Quarter-Finals: Game 2
Minnesota shocked Memphis with a game one victory on Saturday on the strength of a 36-point game by Anthony Edwards, but Ja Morant and the Grizz still have the advantage in this game and the series in general. Although, we always seem to see one team go on a cinderella run in the postseason. Could Minnesota be that team this year? Taking Game 2 and stealing home-court advantage from Memphis would be a must for the Timberwolves tonight.
30 PTS to help send the @Timberwolves to the postseason, 36 PTS in Game 1… Anthony Edwards is a scoring machine! 🔥

New Orleans Pelicans at Phoenix Suns
Western Conference Quarter-Finals: Game 2
Chris Paul was doing Chris Paul things in Game 1 as the Suns rolled to a 1-0 advantage in their series with the Pelicans. The defending Western Conference champions are on a mission this season, and New Orleans certainly isn’t going to be the team to stand in their way. I expect the Suns to roll into NOLA with a 2-0 lead after another victory at home tonight.
Chris Paul was masterful in the 4th quarter of Game 1, going for 19 PTS on 7-8 shooting!
