Things get started tonight with the Heat and Hawks down in Atlanta on ESPN. Let’s look at tonight’s NBA Playoffs action (Bulls vs. Bucks will have its own post).
Miami Heat at Atlanta Hawks
Eastern Conference Quarter-Finals: Game 3
Jimmy Butler erupted for 45 points in a Game 2 victory for Miami, and the Heat come into Atlanta with a commanding 2-0 advantage in the series. Trae Young was much better in Game 2, but he’s going to need to be even better if he wants to help Atlanta stave off the white-hot Miami Heat.

Phoenix Suns at New Orleans Pelicans
Western Conference Quarter-Finals: Game 3
Brandon Ingram’s 37-point performance in Game 2 helped the Pelicans steal a game from the Suns in Phoenix as the series shifts to NOLA for two games. Phoenix will be without Devin Booker, who missed nearly the entire second half of Game 2 with a hamstring injury, so the opportunity to build on their momentum is there for the taking for New Orleans on their home court.
Brandon Ingram is a tough-shot savant.
