  • What to Watch For …

  • DALEN TERRY BREAKOUT PARTY STARTS NOW! The wing out of Arizona will have a big-time opportunity to show everyone why the Bulls took him off the board with the No. 18 pick last month. His relentless energy and versatile two-way skillset have already been raved about by the front office, and we should expect both to be on full display over the next five games. With that said, what we want to see even more is how comfortable Terry is with the weight on his shoulders.
  • As impressive as he was last season for the No. 1-seeded Arizona Wildcast, Terry played an extremely low-usage role. Now the heart of this Summer League squad, he’ll have a chance to flash his scoring shops and playmaking ability like we’ve never seen before. So while we should never make any grand conclusions during Summer League, how comfortable Terry looks as the man in charge could be a very good sign.
  • When we aren’t locked in on Terry, we should have our eyes on Marko Simonovic. The big man has gained some serious muscle while honing his craft with the Windy City Bulls, and Summer League head coach John Bryant has seriously talked-up his on-court development. My expectations are still pretty darn low for the 2020 second-round pick, but a strong showing in Summer League could at least tell us he’s ready to spend more time on the Bulls’ bench this year than in the G-League.
