The Chicago Bulls officially announced their preseason slate on Tuesday morning.
As normal, we’ll see Zach LaVine and Co. take on four opponents in their lead-up to the regular season, including the Pelicans, Nuggets, Raptors, and Bucks. Three of the four games will be played at the United Center.
Here’s a look at the dates:
While we can never be sure who suits up for preseason action, this could be quite the intriguing four-game stretch for the Bulls. Each of their opponents appeared in a first-round playoff series last season, and I think it’s fair to say each expects to be back in that position this year. Not to mention, there is no lack of star talent on these rosters, as the Bulls could see Giannis Antetokounmpo, Nikola Jokic, reigning ROY Scottie Barnes, and the returning Zion Williamson.
Again, the results of these games mean less than a fork to a dog, but it’s still nice to officially know when we expect to see this group on the court again. We also can’t forget that the Bulls are currently stacked at the guard position. These few games could play a real role in helping head coach Billy Donovan decide how he wants to run his rotations, especially if Lonzo Ball’s health continues to be a question mark.
I know it’s basically three months away … BUT I’M HYPED FOR SOME BULLS BASKETBALL!
