Alex Caruso Forced to Leave Game With Shoulder Injury After Hard Collision

Alex Caruso was forced to leave Wednesday night’s game after suffering a right shoulder sprain, per the team.

The Chicago Bulls’ defense stopper collided with the Hawks’ De’Andre Hunter while going for the steal. Hunter smacked into Caruso’s shoulder and head, causing him to stay down on the hardwood for several minutes.

Here’s a look at the hard hit:

Caruso left the floor in pain and noticeably upset. The hope now is that it’s nothing long-term, as we all know how crucial he is to the team’s defensive success.

We’ll keep you updated.
