The Chicago Bulls gave DeMar DeRozan an extra warm welcome on Sunday afternoon.
Returning to the United Center for the first time since joining the Sacramento Kings, DeRozan received the tribute video treatment. The Bulls thanked the 35-year-old forward for his three seasons during a first-quarter timeout. Beginning with his historic back-to-back buzzer-beaters, fans watched a video full of crafty moves and insane mid-range jumpers.
When things wrapped up, DeRozan acknowledged the loud standing ovation from both fans and former teammates alike.

While DeRozan’s time in Chicago may not have come tied to the success many wanted to see, he left quite the impression. Few Bulls players have put together as strong of a three-year stretch, and it was impossible not to admire his relentless determination and professionalism during a hard time.
We talked more about his time in Chicago in our morning post, which you can read here. Thanks for the memories, DeMar DeRozan
