That’s quite a precaution, given that it was just a four-run game at the time. Which, to me, screams not a precaution, but whatever. We’ll take him at his word. Which is good. This lineup is nothing right now without Lee.
Given that it is not uncommon for guys to sit out one half of doubleheaders anyway, don’t be surprised if Lee doesn’t play in both games.
