Chicago Cubs

gods-wrathAs the “rest of the season” shortens, the notion that a particular player might be out for the “rest of the season” becomes simultaneously more likely and less terrifying. Next up to possibly miss the “rest of the season”: Aramis Ramirez.

Ramirez has still not announced his decision as to whether or not he will have offseason surgery to help shore up his loosey-goosey shoulder. Either way, he is expected to be 100% by next year.
