The Cubs, er, I mean, the Rockies go for the sweep today. The “regular” lineup is back, though it doesn’t look a whole lot different from the bench version of the last couple days.
I get to take in today’s game at a local bar (well, BW3’s, to be precise) with a couple BN’ers ’round these parts. A rare treat in a lousy second half of the season.
(Unrelatedly, Nick Struck and Logan Watkins (as hinted this morning) have been named the Cubs’ minor league pitcher and player of the year, respectively. This will get its own post, but I thought I’d let you know now.)
Game Info
Chicago Cubs (59-96) at Colorado Rockies (61-94), 3:10 CT on CSN.
