Periodically, and as part of a fiendish plot to control the Cublogoverse, I like to remind you that Bleacher Nation, the blog, is not the only place you can consume BN-related content.
Usually, when I say such things, I’m referring to Twitter and Facebook, which are both swell. But there’s also the Message Board and the Podcast.
So, if you can’t possible bear the thought that you’re missing out on anything BN, there are four things you should do:
(1.) You should follow BN on Twitter. I tweet many things that don’t wind up here on the site, particularly during the rumor-heavy seasons. Also, Twitter is just awesome for consumption. If you’re not a Twitter user yet, allow this to be the spur that pushes you into checking out The Twitters.
(2.) You should “like” BN on Facebook. I post a variety of things that don’t wind up here on the site, including pictures and what-have-you. It’s also a good way to keep tabs on new blog posts.
(3.) You should check out the Message Board. There are all kinds of conversations going on over there, started by folks just like you. Well, not “just” like you – it’s not some kind of alternate universe in which you have a mustache and work for the CIA. Although, it’s the Internet, so you can be whoever you want over there at the Message Board!
(4.) You should check out the BN Podcast, and you should subscribe to it via iTunes if you’re so inclined. (Here’s the podcast feed, if you use another podcast subscription thingy.) Each week, Sahadev Sharma and I regale you with aural pleasantries, together with Cubs bits. I’m not saying listening to the BN Podcast will extend your life, but doing so almost certainly will not shorten it. We’ll be recording a fresh episode tonight.
